Chocolate ice cream is allowed!

I think that each person at some point wants to treat himself with something tasty.

And the question is:

what can we choose that is yummy and not so calorie-rich?

Today, I will share a recipe that generally saves me in summer. It’s a chocolate diet ice cream.

It sounds strange to call ice cream “diet,” but this one has only about 180–200 calories.

What we need:

2 bananas

20 g cocoa powder

Yes, just two ingredients that you most likely have at home. It’s the simplest ice cream recipe.

WITHOUT A BLENDER

If you don’t have a blender or it’s not strong enough, simply mash the bananas into a paste, add the cocoa powder, mix well, and then put the mixture in the freezer.

Proportions look like this:

1. With Cocoa Powder

  • Protein: 4 g
  • Fat: 4 g
  • Carbs: 40 g

This ice cream is tasty, filling, and can be called “diet” chocolate ice cream.

If you replace cocoa with a chocolate (protein), you’ll get a protein ice cream with a higher protein content — around 16–18 grams.

2. With Protein Powder

  • Protein: 16–18 g
  • Fat: 4 g
  • Carbs: 40 g

I think it’s a great option instead of regular “protein shakes,” especially in hot weather. You’re sure to enjoy this ice cream.

Conclusion:
Try making this ice cream and add fruits, berries or nuts if desired. Experiment by combining different ingredients and enjoy a cold dessert, keeping a pleasant taste and comfortable feeling.
